Jeffrey is the founder and managing partner of The McGuire Firm. He practices primarily in the areas of estates and family law, with some additional work in civil litigation and criminal defense. Jeffrey has practiced in over half the counties in Mississippi, and counts among his achievements, numerous high-dollar settlements in civil matters, arguing cases before the Supreme Court, and successfully litigating novel areas of law, including one of the first same-sex adoptions in the state.

Jeffrey is a native of Gulfport, Mississippi. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi, where he studied Marketing Communications and Journalism, with a minor in Management. After graduating from Ole Miss, Jeffrey attended law school at Mississippi College. Jeffrey resides in Madison with his wife and two sons. He is a member of Parkway Hills United Methodist Church, and enjoys golf, hunting, and playing music.
